Inventory Disclaimer
Al Simmons Gun Shop Limited and our Online Store maintain an active inventory. This allows you, to search our inventory to see exactly what products are in stock. If a situation occurs where the inventory has been sold instore before we can update the website, we will attempt to fill the requested order at the same price in a timely manner.
However, we reserve the right to fill the order at a higher price if necessary. If this case occurs, we will contact the customer directly to discuss logistics. If the purchasing party wishes to cancel their order at this time, there will be no penalty to the customer.
